Ask Eric Hsu or Judy Kysh. Don’t be shy… it’s their job to write letters and serve as references. For references, just tell them in advance and go ahead and put down their names and their e-mail addresses.

For a letter of recommendation, you should give them
- a deadline (preferably two weeks or more in the future please!)
- addresses to send the letter
- any details about the position you are applying for
- a copy of your CV and any essay you might have written for them
